How often is rent paid?
Rental fees are required to be paid once per month, and you are responsible for ensuring that your rent is paid before the 1st of every month in accordance with Mhlahlo Student Accommodation rental agreements.

Not at all. You are more than welcome to speak to our friendly team and book directly through them.
Can I stay at Mhlahlo Student Res for longer than 12 months?
Yes, you can stay for the duration of your study. We will always contact you prior to the end of your existing lease to see if you would like to renew and for how long.
